About Me

Hello! My name is Marissa Barch, I am a Graphic Design student at Saginaw Valley State University. I have been interested in art since I was a kid. I started yearbook classes in 2017 and grew a near and dear passion for graphic design. I was an editor for my yearbook my junior year and senior year became editor-in-chief of the yearbook staff along with a copy editor of my newspaper. I have been using Adobe Creative Suites programs including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop for 5 years. More recently started web design including basic knowledge in HTML and CSS in Adobe Dreamweaver along with UI/UX design with prototypes in Adobe XD and Figma. I've been learning and creating different pieces over the years so my portfolio has a little bit of everything in it.
